Ingredients

  • 2 strawberries
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ oz fresh squeezed orange juice (~half an orange) (I encourage you to try Cara Cara or Blood Orange)
  • oz Non-alcoholic Tequila, I used Ritual Proof (or use Tequila or remove entirely)
  • ½ oz fresh squeezed lime juice
  • sprinkle of flaky sea salt
  • crushed ice

Instructions

  • If you want to make an orange peel spiral do that first!
  • Add the orange juice, lime juice, tequila, sugar and strawberries (cut off their tops) to a blender or a container where you can use an immersion blender
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour over crushed ice
  • Top with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt and enjoy!
