4 Ingredient Guacamole
The best creamy, fresh, and simple guacamole you'll ever make! Keep it chunky by mashing it with a fork or make it smooth by blending it.

- 2 large avocados
- ½ red bell pepper or any color you have
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp lime juice Equivalent to one, small freshly squeezed lime.
Slice open the avocado, remove the seed and scoop out the flesh. Add to a small bowl.
Finely dice the bell pepper.
Mash the avocado with the back of a fork or blend using a blender/immersion blender.
Stir in remaining ingredients, taste and adjust or add additional lime or salt as desired.
Cooking Notes:
- Consider adding more ingredients as listed in the post for more flavors and nutrient combinations
- Practice cooking, "to-taste" by adding the salt and lime juice gradually. Taste the mix and adjust from there.
- For extra zing, zest the lime if using fresh and add the zest to the guacamole
