Ingredients
1cupblueberries
1cupstrawberries
½mediumEnglish cucumber*
1jalapeno
3green onions

Instructions
Chop all of the berries into small pieces.
If using a regular cucumber, halve the cucumber and scoop out the watery middle/seeds of the cucumber. Slice and dice into bite size pieces. No need to scoop out the middle of an English cucumber.
Dice the jalapeno. If you want extra heat, chop the whole pepper including the membranes and the seeds.
Thinly slice the green onions using the white and green parts.
Mix all ingredients together and add the salt if desired. We like a chunky salsa but if you want it more pureed then you can pulse it a bit in a food processor.
