Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coconut milk unsweetened
  • 1.5 cups strawberries frozen
  • 1.5 cups mango frozen
  • 2 tbsp white chocolate pudding mix

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth

Notes

Cooking Notes:
  • Use the left over coconut milk in oatmeal, soups, or freeze it in one cup servings. Pour it into a freezer bag, lay it flat in the freezer and store for future use.
  • Choose one of the add-in's to boost up the nutrient density further if desired
