Ingredients
½cupeggnoguse any variety you prefer
½cupalmond milkuse any milk or alternative you prefer
2tbspchia seeds
½cupoats (uncooked)any kind
1tspground cinnamon
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a jar, cup, plastic container or coffee mug!
Cover and store in the fridge overnight to enjoy warm or cold in the morning. Alternatively, this oatmeal can be freshly cooked in the morning on the stovetop or in the microwave.
Notes
