A simple to make no bake Halloween snack that brings together satisfaction and nutrient density.

Equipment

  • food processor You can also chop all of the ingredients up finely with a knife and mix them with the peanut butter instead.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup candy corn
  • ½ cup unsalted peanuts *can use salted or roasted instead
  • cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup rolled or quick oats
  • cup flax meal

Instructions

  • Measure all ingredients
  • Put all ingredients in the food processor and blend until the consistency is moist.
  • Store in the fridge for 5-7 days or freezer in an air-tight container for up to 3 months

Notes

Ingredient Swaps: 
  • Use any nut butter or use sunflower seed butter for a nut-free version
  • Swap sunflower or pumpkin seeds in for the nuts for an allergy friendly version
