Peach Overnight Oats

Want to eat a tastier, homemade breakfast but worried as a beginner cook that you don't have the time? These simple, delicious, and filling Peach Overnight Oats can be thrown together in under ten minutes.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats*
  • ½ cup 2% milk**
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 peach***

Instructions

  • Dice the peach or if using canned simply measure 1 cup of canned peaches and roughly dice/chop them to the desired size.
  • Combine all ingredients including the peaches into a jar or container that has a lid.
  • Stir everything together.
  • Place your container in the fridge overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  • Enjoy cold or warm up in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.

Notes

Cooking Notes:
*You can use any oats that you prefer. Alternatively, you can try blending the oats into a powder before making this recipe for a more uniform texture
**Any milk or milk alternative can be used 
***Fresh, frozen, canned or packed in a fruit cup can be used. If using frozen or canned use approximately 1 cup of chopped peaches.
