Ingredients
½cuprolled oats*
½cup2% milk**
1Tbspalmond butter
2tspbrown sugar
½tspcinnamon
½tspvanilla
1tbsphemp hearts
1peach***
Instructions
Dice the peach or if using canned simply measure 1 cup of canned peaches and roughly dice/chop them to the desired size.
Combine all ingredients including the peaches into a jar or container that has a lid.
Stir everything together.
Place your container in the fridge overnight or for at least 6 hours.
Enjoy cold or warm up in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
