Pumpkin Pie Hummus
The warm and comforting flavors of pumpkin pie blended with the creamy goodness of hummus will have everyone asking for seconds.

- 1 can lima beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup canned pumpkin*
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tbsp avocado oil**
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Drain and rinse the can of beans in a colander
Add all ingredients into the mixer, blender, or use an immersion blender. Blend until desired consistency.

*Can use 100% pure pumpkin in a can or 1 cup of mashed fresh pumpkin
**Any neutral oil works well
