Simple Tzatziki Sauce in Two Steps

This is a refreshing and delicious, two step Simple Tzatziki Sauce. It will go perfect with your next veggie tray or mixed in with tuna served with whole grain crackers. This sauce is so versatile and easy to make you'll wonder why you haven’t made it before!

Ingredients

  • 2 mini cucumbers or half to one whole cucumber
  • 1 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice taste as you mix it together and see if you need more lemon
  • 3 tbsp freeze dried dill fresh is great too if you have it!
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste add it in, mix and then taste and see if it needs more

Instructions

  • Shred the mini cucumbers. If using a regular cucumber, slice it in half length wise and use a spoon to scoop out the seeds prior to shredding. Skin can be left on or removed per preference.
  • Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl
  • Serve with naan, vegetables, use as a marinade, spread on a wrap or sandwich, as a dressing, or any other way you think of!
