This is a refreshing and delicious, two step Simple Tzatziki Sauce. It will go perfect with your next veggie tray or mixed in with tuna served with whole grain crackers. This sauce is so versatile and easy to make you'll wonder why you haven’t made it before!

Ingredients
2minicucumbersor half to one whole cucumber
1cupplain whole milk Greek yogurt
1tspgarlic powder
1tbsplemon juicetaste as you mix it together and see if you need more lemon
3tbspfreeze dried dillfresh is great too if you have it!
1tbspolive oil
salt to tasteadd it in, mix and then taste and see if it needs more
Instructions
Shred the mini cucumbers. If using a regular cucumber, slice it in half length wise and use a spoon to scoop out the seeds prior to shredding. Skin can be left on or removed per preference.
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl
Serve with naan, vegetables, use as a marinade, spread on a wrap or sandwich, as a dressing, or any other way you think of!
