Ingredients
½cupoatmealuse any kind
1cupmilk*any milk or milk alternative will work
2tbspcocoa powder
1tbspOreo pudding mixor chocolate
1Oreo cookie
1tbspalmond buttermeasure with your heart ;)
Gummy worms or candied eyes for topping if making them spooky!
Optional
flax meal, chia seeds, plain protein powder or hemp hearts
Instructions
Add all ingredients in a glass container, stir well** to combine and allow to sit in the fridge overnight.I recommend adding one Oreo to blend in and adding one fresh before eating this in the morning.
