2tbsptaco seasoning*alternatively just combine: 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp garlic powder, & 1 tsp onion powder*
½cupplain whole milk Greek yogurt
1cupsalsa, divided
1cupMonterey jack cheese, shredded

1avocado, diced
1bunchfresh cilantro
1jalapeno sliced for spicy lovers
cherry tomatoes, diced for topping

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
Lay out your egg life tortillas on parchment paper and divide the cheese amongst all tortillas. If you want an additional tortilla, such as whole wheat, place it underneath the egg based one.
Lay down the hard shell taco on each egglife wrap and bake in oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Remove and fold other side of the wrap onto the hardshell taco
While the cheese is cooking saute the ground turkey with seasonings and 1/2 cup of salsa to keep it juicy. Remove from heat once the turkey is fully cooked.
In a small bowl mix the Greek yogurt with the remaining 1/2 cup salsa for the dressing. If you like, add hot sauce.
When the tortillas are out of the oven fill with the meat, drizzle on the sauce and add any other toppings you like!
Notes
*You can use any egg based tortilla, swap this for a regular tortilla or use both together.
