Ingredients
2cupsunsalted peanuts
½cupfull fat coconut milk(in a can)
1tbspbrown sugar
Instructions
Add the peanuts and coconut milk to a food processor and blend until desired smoothness. While processing, use a rubber spatula every minute to scrape down the sides.
Once blended to desired consistency (takes about 5-8 minutes) process in the brown sugar for 10-20 seconds.
Notes
