Peanut Butter Coconut Spread

If you want a creamy, nutty and tropical spread then you need to make this Peanut Butter Coconut Spread. If you’ve never made your own peanut butter, this recipe will show you how easy it is to make.

Equipment

  • food processor

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsalted peanuts
  • ½ cup full fat coconut milk (in a can)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  • Add the peanuts and coconut milk to a food processor and blend until desired smoothness. While processing, use a rubber spatula every minute to scrape down the sides.
  • Once blended to desired consistency (takes about 5-8 minutes) process in the brown sugar for 10-20 seconds.

Notes

Optional Add Ins: try adding a pinch of cinnamon, cocoa, vanilla extract, or honey instead of brown sugar.
