At MI Little Cooks, I create a welcoming space where kids and families can explore the kitchen without pressure. From crafting colorful, homemade pasta to assembling fun fruit and sandwich kabobs, my hands-on cooking classes are designed to spark creativity and foster confidence with food. I believe in teaching from a place of food neutrality, where all foods are treated equally, and kids feel empowered to explore without the expectation to taste or try anything they’re not ready for.

“Jessi came to the library and made me feel so much better about the way I feed my kids. She gave me picky eating support and gave me easy tips to take home and start using right away.”

“Jessi Holden has partnered with Hackley Public Library several times to hold cooking classes for a variety of youth ages. She works patiently with all attendees and is very knowledgeable on her subject matter. All of our participants leave Jessi’s classes confident in their new cooking abilities, skills, and understanding about food.”
I believe every child has the potential to become a confident and creative kitchen helper.
When you take a MI Little Cooks class, you’ll gain more than recipes—you’ll gain lifelong skills, joyful memories, and a love for food that brings everyone together.
